How many images will you deliver?

We eliminate the images which may have bad lightings, duplicate shots, and not good for the end product delivery. We always snap some extra shots to make sure that we can have the best picture of that moment. As an experienced photography service provider, we process thousands of pictures every year. We may eliminate the photos and only provide the best pictures.

Do you also provide videography service?

Yes, we do provide the videography services. Contact us for more details.

What types of photography do you provide?

As an experienced photographer in Edmonton, we do provide wedding, pre-wedding, reception, events, maternity, headshots, individual portraits, family photography, cake smash, corporates events, and commercial photography.

Do you touch up all the images?

Yes, we do touch up all the images. We spent hours to select the images, do the correction of the selected images and produce the end product with our style. So, you will get the fine images with color correction, exposure adjustment.

How do I get my images?

We have two options to choose from for the end product delivery. First, an online gallery for 3 week of period, in which you can share the pictures with your friends and families. Anyone can download the pictures from this gallery. Second, get all images on the USB drive.

Do you provide the RAW files of the event or wedding day or any session?

We provide the HD quality images for the coverage. However, we do not provide the RAW (unprocessed) images as we believe in delivering the finished products. But, we may provide the RAW image along with post-produced JPG files with additional fees and restrictions.

How soon will we get the output?

Post-production will take 3 to 4 week to deliver an end product for the photographs. For the videography, it will take up to 6 week to deliver the edited highlight and the event video.

What if we go over the contracted amount of time?

We understand that not everything goes right in any event. We always stay at the event until the contracted time. Also, not leave the place when time is over. Instead, we always ask at the end of the contracted time that you would like to extend. If you would like us to stay, we will charge the rates specified in the contract.

Do you charge travel fees?

Yes, we do charge the travel fees if the event is outside of Edmonton. For more details, feel free to contact us.

What rights do I have to the digital prints?

You have the right to reprint images whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish your images without the written consent of JALSNAP Studio.

How do I reserve you for my date?

We will reserve the date once we get the signed contract along with retainer fees. Contact us if you have any questions at any time.

What is the payment process?
  • 50 % – when you sign the contract
  • 50 % – The day before the event or the next day after the event.
If we cancel the wedding or event, do we receive our retainer fee back?

Unfortunately no. Retainer fees are used to reserve your date. Once we reserve your date, we do not accept any new client for that day.

What If I lose my images?

I strongly recommend to download or save the pictures locally as well as on the personal cloud. Once the images archived, it will be $100 for the replacement charge.
